We who live or have lived with with the problem of alcoholism understand as perhaps few others can.  We too, were lonely and frustrated, but in Al-Anon we discover that no situation is really hopeless and it is possible for us to find contentment, and even happiness, whether the alcoholic is still drinking or not.

Al-Anon Family Groups, which includes Alateen, has been in existence for more than 50 years as a community resource providing support to those affected by someone else's drinking. Today, there are about 30,000 Al-Anon and Alateen groups meeting in 115 countries.

Our meetings are anonymous and confidential.

There are no dues or fees for membership.
