Steps ~ Traditions ~ Concepts
Join District 32 as we work through steps, traditions, and concepts and connect with friends, both new and old. There will be group exercises leveraging the Reaching for Personal Freedom workbook. We encourage you to purchase the workbook for the workshop. Please let us know if you are interested in purchasing the workbook at the event.

This District 15 workshop is an expansion of one called “The 12 Steps in 15 Minutes” given at the International Al-Anon Convention in Baltimore this past July. There will be a panel discussion as well as a two-person demonstration of how to apply the Steps to a specific situation. Those attending will pair up for the first session, and then switch partners for the second session. There will be time for sharing and reflection. A light breakfast and lunch will be provided.
District 1 2018 Fall Workshop highlighting forgiveness. There will be a speaker, guided forgiveness meditation, and workshops. The speaker is an Al-Anon member from District 1. The forgiveness meditation will focus on opening the heart as one prepares for forgiveness. The workshops will enlighten and explore aspects of forgiveness.

Come join us for a unique and exciting way to take the steps. While it is NOT meant to substitute, replace, or in any way trivialize the amazing and healing process of going through the 12 Steps, it IS a way of focusing on one particular matter or issue, and possibly uncovering a new answer or perspective.
It’s a Potluck event so feel free to bring a dish to share. There’ll be fun, food, and prizes, and, of course, a whole lot of Step work!
28th Annual Fall Convention with Alateen and AA participation making it a great opportunity for family recovery. Registration includes 3 meals, workshops, speakers, Alateen panel, open AA meetings, closed Alateen meetings, recovery based entertainment and lots of fellowship.
