Description:
Grief is inherent in being a family member. The last couple years have given may additional losses that are difficult to identify and process. Resilience is the other side of grief, and it can be learned and strengthened for current and future loss. This event uses the questions from “Opening Our Hearts: Transforming Through Our Losses”. Please bring lunch, and if you like, something to share.
